1. Services
bcod.io provides web design, development, SEO, and digital marketing services as described in individual project proposals and service agreements.
2. Project Process
Projects begin upon receipt of a signed proposal and initial deposit. Timelines are estimates and may vary based on client feedback cycles, content delivery, and scope changes.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Projects requiring a deposit must have the deposit paid before work begins. Late payments may incur interest at 3% per month.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing required content, assets and feedback within agreed timelines. Delays caused by client inaction do not entitle clients to refunds.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own all deliverables (code, designs, content) created for their project. We retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Limitation of Liability
bcod.io is not liable for losses arising from website downtime, third-party service failures, or business decisions made based on our advice. Our total liability is capped at the value of the project.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before legal action.
